After the long weekend

It's the day after a long weekend and I'll tell you it was hard to get going today. But we did. Before school started Joey and I put together the ingredients for spaghetti sauce and got them in the crock pot. The sauce came out great when it was done. Eden helped make breakfast. Today we had eggs, sausage and hash browns. Eden made the scrambled egss. They were excellent!!!

We started with circle time as always. Then we reviewed day 5 and a little of 1-4. Our main lesson today was day 6 of Creation. Day 6 is the day God created all the animals (aside from birds and fish), as well as man and woman. Today's paintings represent the creation of humans. After our lesson we went to park day which is our normal Tuesday routine. The kids had a lot of fun playing outside and I really enjoyed just talking to the girls for a while. It's one of the most peaceful times of the week (sometimes). When we got home we did some needle felting.
